Legal and Compliance
Legal and Compliance supports the Executive Board, divisions and all other business areas equally with all legal questions relevant to the work and responsibilities of DAkkS. The focus of its work is on drafting legal opinions, making recommendations and providing support and advice on legal proceedings.
Legal and Compliance also ensures compliance with all relevant legal standards and internal requirements. To this end, the division is responsible for a compliance management system. The division also handles incoming objections and complaints.
Central Application Processing
Central Application Processing processes and reviews all applications for DAkkS accreditation services centrally and consistently. The primary purpose of the application review is to accurately identify and designate the client and to check the documents submitted for completeness. Central Application Processing also determines the division that will provide support with the case.
