The month of November in Berlin tends to be cloudy and cold with frequent periods of rain and some risk for snow.
Early in the month the afternoon high temperatures are mostly in the lower 10-11°C while the overnight and early morning lows are in the lower 5-6°C. Early in November you may still see some afternoons reaching the upper 14-15°C. As the month progresses daytime highs will more likely be in the low to mid 6-7°C while the early mornings will see lows in the mid 1-2°C with a few days falling into the mid -3 to -4°C.
Expect about 18-19 days to be cloudy or mostly cloudy with some form of precipitation likely. Light to moderate rain is most likely this month, however, the risk for snow increases from about 5% early this month to over 20% by the end of the month.
The sun is getting lower in the sky during November and the duration of daylight is growing shorter from about 9.5 hours early in the month to only 8 hours near the end of the month.
EU nationals do not require a visa to enter the Federal Republic of Germany.
Generally speaking, all other foreigners require a visa for stays in Germany. A visa is not required for visits of up to 90 days in a 180 day period for nationals of those countries for which the European Community has abolished the visa requirement.
