Competency Requirements for Auditors and Certification Personnel of Quality Management Systems ISO 9001 (QMS) and Environmental Management Systems ISO 14001 (EMS)

Detailinformationen

Note:
The rule 71 SD 6 025 was withdrawn on 02.09.2019. The withdrawal was confirmed by the Accreditation Advisory Board. For the time being, the rule remains available on the DAkkS Website with appropriate marking.

Reasons for the withdrawal:

- This rule is obsolete, the standard basis used (ISO/IEC 17021:2006) no longer exists
- Publication of ISO/IEC 17021-2, -3 series in December 2016 and October 2017
- IAF transition periods until 12/2018 for ISO/IEC 17021-2:2016 and 03/2019 for ISO/IEC 17021-3:2017 have already expired
- DIN EN ISO/IEC 17021-2, -3 series published in April 2019

The DIN EN ISO/IEC 17021-X series of standards sets out requirements for the competence requirements for auditors for quality, environmental and other management systems and defines requirements, definitions and guidance for auditor competence. It is not possible to make any additional requirements, as described in document 71 SD 6 025, as described up to now. DIN EN ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015 requires the conformity assessment body to define competence criteria for auditors and other employees.
