Composition of the General Assembly
The shareholders of the Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle GmbH are as follows:
- the Federal Republic of Germany, represented by the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology (BMWi),
- the Federal states of Bavaria, Hamburg, Lower Saxony, North Rhine - Westphalia and Saxony-Anhalt
- and the German industry, represented by the Federation of German Industries (BDI)
Each of the three shareholder groups holds one third of DAkkS shares. The duties of the Shareholders' Meeting are set out in the articles of association for DAkkS.
