Application for accreditation

In general, a formal application must be submitted in order to be considered for a DAkkS accreditation. This applies to

  • initial accreditations,
  • reaccreditation or
  • amendments/extensions/restrictions requested by the client, suspension or withdrawal of an accreditation.

On the other hand, no applications are needed for the surveillance of an existing accreditation.
